Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’ the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District notifies on the initiation of the reorganisation of QIWI Bank (Joint-Stock Company) through merger with the Non-Bank Credit Institution Rapida (Limited Liability Company).
