On appointment of provisional administration

Under Point 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law on the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions, due to the revocation of a banking licence from the Moscow-based commercial bank SPETSSETSTROYBANK (Limited Liability Company) CB SSSB (LLC) (Bank of Russia registration No. 3062, date of registration is 1 September 1994) (Order No. OD-2580, dated 22 September 2014), the Bank of Russia has taken a decision (Order No. OD-2581, dated 22 September 2014) to appoint since 22 September 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank SPETSSETSTROYBANK (Limited Liability Company) for a term specified by the Federal Law on the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and an initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (the appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Oksana Ya. Vechkanova, the chief economist of the banking supervision section No. 5 of the Moscow Division 2, has been appointed to be the head of provisional administration to the credit institution Commercial Bank SPETSSETSTROYBANK (Limited Liability Company).
