On Bank of Russia decisions of 17 June 2014

On 17 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register changes to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Ryazan State Instrument-Making Enterprise placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55492-Е-002D.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Production Association Northern Machine-Building Enterprise placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55382-Е-005D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Production Association Barricades placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-35351-Е-005D.
