On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 4 July 2014 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the Moscow-based credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK OGNI MOSKVY, limited liability company, or CB OGNI MOSKVY LLC (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2328, date of registration — 29 April 1993) and appointing the receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1803 dated 17 July 2014) to terminate from 18 July 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK OGNI MOSKVY, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1047 dated 16 May 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution COMMERCIAL BANK OGNI MOSKVY, Limited Liability Company, or CB OGNI MOSKVY LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
