On measures to prevent market abuse

In order to prevent possible abuse of equity markets included in RTS index calculation base as at 15 December 2014 during calculation of Index RTS-12.14 futures contract expiration price, the Bank of Russia ordered CJSC MICEX SE to suspend trading with a number of financial instruments for customers of trading participants whose actions in the equity markets repeatedly had a targeted impact during calculation of RTS Index expiration price of previously expired (2013-2014) future contracts.
