On Bank of Russia decisions of 13 January 2015 

On 13 January 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

Moscow-based joint-stock company Alemar Management Company due to a change of name and location (previous name: open joint-stock company Alemar Management Company),

Moscow-based joint-stock company FUNDAMENT Management Company due to a change of name and location (previous name: closed joint-stock company FUNDAMENT Management Company),

Moscow-based Spectrum-Capital, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

to register amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund First Russian Pension Fund;

to register amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the Irkutsk-based open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund Blagodenstvie;

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of keeping the register of investment unit holders of unit investment funds of the Moscow-based Interregional Specialized Depository, limited liability company.
