On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the Insurance Company Sozidanie, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3310, location: 57 Dubininskaya Street, bldg. 1, Moscow, 115054, TIN 7705270802, PSRN 1027739037721, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the Company’s improper implementation of solvency recovery plan (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3158 dated 10 November 2014).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Nikolay Ye. Gulyashchikh, receiver (mailing address: 29/1 Skotoprogonnaya Street, office 607, Moscow, 109029), member of the non-profit partnership First Self-Regulatory Receivers Association, registered in the unified state register of self-regulatory receivers associations (address: 29/1 Skotoprogonnaya Street, office 607, Moscow, 109029), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
