Regional section added to Statistics on Russia’s Housing (Mortgage) Loan Market information bulletin

In order to improve information support of users, the Bank of Russia has included data on constituent territories of the Russian Federation in its monthly Statistics on Russia’s Housing (Mortgage) Loan Market information bulletin.

Starting from issue No. 9, the publication will contain statistics on the key indicators on the housing mortgage lending (HML) market broken down by region. Regional information has also been added to the commentary on the latest reporting data. The expanded publication will provide additional opportunities to analyse the HML market in Russian regions using such important indicators as the volume of loans issued, loan debt, overdue loan amount, and weighted average interest rates.
