Bank of Russia expands data on unit investment funds

Analysts now have access to 86 indicators, including unit investment funds’ asset and liability structure, reasons for changes in the value of their net assets, and quantitative data on investors. The Bank of Russia has taken into account market participants’ requests and made the statistics more representative.
This information is needed to assess and rank the funds by various financial performance indicators, as well as for research.
Beginning from the publication date of the report for October 2023, the Bank of Russia is to release the following data sets more frequently, namely on a monthly basis:
- unit investment funds’ key performance indicators;
- joint-stock investment funds’ key performance indicators; and
- statistical series of unit and joint-stock investment funds’ key performance indicators.
