Bank of Russia publishes Monetary Policy Guidelines for 2023–2025

In this strategic document, the Bank of Russia explains its approaches to the implementation of monetary policy in the changed economic environment and presents the baseline and alternative scenarios of economic development during the next three years.
Earlier, the draft document was considered by the Government of the Russian Federation and was discussed by the State Duma at working meetings.
The final document takes into account the key rate decision made by the Bank of Russia on 28 October, the updated parameters of the forecast scenarios, as well as statistics and other data released as of 21 October 2022.
