On launch of reorganisation procedure of credit institutions through merger

Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5, Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia announces the beginning of the procedure for the reorganisation of Public Joint-stock Company National Bank TRUST (Registration No. 3279, Moscow) through its merger with Joint-stock Company Rost Bank (Registration No. 2888, Moscow).
