On 30 August 2019, Sergey Klinkov resigns as International Cooperation Department Director following his decision to pursue his career outside the Bank of Russia.
The Bank of Russia further announces that Deputy Director Andrey Melnikov has been appointed as acting Director, International Cooperation Department.
