Pursuant to Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Western Market Access Centre of the Department for Market Access and Activity Termination of Financial Institutions of the Bank of Russia announces the launch of a restructuring procedure whereby Joint-stock Company Bank DOM.RF merges with Joint-stock Company Sotsinvestbank.
