On securities issue

On 21 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based closed joint-stock company GSR TETS placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-19760-J-005D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Trakya Glass Rus (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-53769-К-003D;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Svyazinvestneftekhim (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-55006-Е-005D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Sukhoi Aviation Holding Company placed through public subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-50050-А-013D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Automotive Glass Alliance Rus (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-53770-К-003D;

to register reports on the results of issues of series 33 and 34 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Russian Railways placed through private subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-33-65045-D and 4-34-65045-D.
