Bank of Russia Bulletin released

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 84 (2038) of 20 November 2018 has been released.

The issue publishes information about credit ratings assigned in accordance with Bank of Russia ordinances No. 4297-U, dated 22 February 2017, 4298-U, dated 22 February 2017, and 4897-U, dated 3 September 2018.

The Credit Institutions section publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:

No. OD-2952, dated 14.11.2018, on amending Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2024, dated 3 August 2018;

No. OD-2953, dated 14.11.2018, on the revocation of the banking licence and cancellation of the professional securities market participant licence of the Moscow-based credit institution UM-Bank LLC;

No. OD-2954, dated 14.11.2018, on appointing the provisional administration to the Moscow-based credit institution UM-Bank LLC, due to the revocation of its banking licence;
