On personnel appointments and changes in allocation of duties between Bank of Russia Deputy Governors

The Bank of Russia Governor made a decision on top personnel appointments and changes in the allocation of duties between Bank of Russia Deputy Governors from 1 September 2017.

The Bank of Russia Deputy Governor, Olga Skorobogatova, shall be appointed as First Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia. She shall directly coordinate and control the work of the National Payment System Department, the Information Technology Department, the Financial Technology, Projects and Process Management Department, the Cash Circulation Department, as well as the Russian Encashment Association (ROSINKAS).

The Director of the Human Resources and Personnel Management Department, Ruslan Vesterovskiy, shall be appointed as Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia and shall directly coordinate and control the work of the Human Resources and Personnel Management Department, the Main Office of the Bank of Russia Real Estate, and the Procurement Examination, Methodology and Control Department.

The Bank of Russia Deputy Governor, Dmitry Skobelkin, shall directly coordinate and control the work of the Financial Monitoring and Foreign Exchange Control Department, the Main Office of Security and Information Protection, and the Interregional Security Centre of the Bank of Russia.

The Bank of Russia Chief Accountant — Director of the Accounting and Reporting Department, Andrey Kruzhalov, shall directly coordinate and control the Operations Department, the Financial Department, and the Field Institutions Department.

The Bank of Russia Deputy Governor, Viktor Berestovoy, shall directly coordinate and control the Administrative Department.
