New Bank of Russia service fees

In line with its Board of Directors decision dated 9 February 2018, the Bank of Russia introduces new fees on Bank of Russia Financial Messaging System / Bank of Russia Payment System services.

Effective 15 March 2018, the Bank of Russia introduces new service fees on SWIFT / free-format financial message services available to Bank of Russia clients through the Bank of Russia Financial Messaging System.

Effective 2 July 2018, new fees on Bank of Russia Payment System services are introduced.
