On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-328, dated 11 February 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Surgut-based Credit Institution Surgut Central Commercial Bank, Limited Liability Company, or CB Surgut Central LLC (the Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-574, dated 13 March 2015):

to withdraw O.A. Skorokhodov from the provisional administration of the credit institution Surgut Central Commercial Bank, limited liability company, from 13 March 2015;

to appoint Iraida Brylina, chief economist of the economic division of the Surgut-based Cash Settlement Centre, as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Surgut Central Commercial Bank, limited liability company, from 13 March 2015.
