By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, effective 1 July 2019, Ilya Yasinskiy is appointed Director, Financial Monitoring and Foreign Exchange Control Department. Mr Yasinskiy has previously held the position of Deputy Director, Financial Monitoring and Foreign Exchange Control Department.
