Exporters to sell foreign currency revenues in all cases

As proposed by the Russian Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Russia, today, it will be decided to oblige residents participating in foreign trade to sell 80% of the revenues payable to them under all foreign trade agreements starting from 28 February 2022.
