Bank of Russia Bulletin released

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 80 (2034) of 26 October 2018 has been released.

The Official Notices section publishes resolutions of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on appointing members of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors and their biographies.

The Credit Institutions section publishes information about the Russian banking system as of 1 October 2018 and in the third quarter of 2018. The release presents lists of credit institutions complying with the requirements set forth by Russian Government resolutions as of 1 October 2018.

The issue publishes information of the DIA for the depositors of Bank IBSP (JSC) and PIR Bank LLC.

The Official Documents section contains Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 4917-U, dated 24 September 2018, ‘On the Procedure for a Credit Institution to Submit Documents to the Bank of Russia for the State Registration of Amendments to its Charter Due to Obtaining the Status of a Microfinance Company, and on the Procedure for a Credit Institution to Apply to the Bank of Russia for Cancelling its Banking Licence Due to Obtaining the Status of a Microfinance Company’ (becomes effective 10 days after its official publication; posted on the Bank of Russia website on 24.10.2018).
