On personnel appointments

By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, effective 28 March 2018, Zulfia Kakhrumanova is appointed Director, Information Technology Department. Ms Kakhrumanova has previously held the position of Deputy Director / Development Centre Director, Information Technology Department.
