On acquiring shares of JSC AVB Bank

The Bank of Russia acquired shares of Joint-stock Company AVTOVAZBANK (Reg. No. 23) (hereinafter, JSC Bank AVB or the Bank) from Promsvyazbank PJSC (Reg. No. 3251). The acquisition resulted in the Bank of Russia’s full ownership of the Bank’s ordinary shares.

This action is part of the plan of the Bank of Russia’s participation in bankruptcy prevention measures for JSC Bank AVB .
