On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

Due to the revocation of the banking licences from the Krasnodar-based JSCB ENO (PJSC) (TIN 0541002460) (hereinafter, the Company), on 9 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the Company’s licences of a professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity (licence number 005-10678-100000, dated 30 October 2007), dealer activity (licence number 005-10683-010000, dated 30 October 2007) and depository activity (licence number 005-10699-000100, dated 30 October 2007).
