On acquiring shares of NB Trust (PJSC)

The Bank of Russia has become the owner of more than 99.9% of ordinary shares of Public Joint-stock Company National Bank Trust (Reg. No. 3279) (hereinafter, NB Trust (PJSC) / the Bank).

This action is part of the plan of the Bank of Russia’s participation in bankruptcy prevention measures for NB Trust (PJSC) that provide for the Bank of Russia to acquire an additional issue of the Bank’s ordinary shares worth 300 million rubles.
