On launch of reorganisation procedure of credit institutions

Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5, Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia announces the launch of a procedure whereby Moscow-based Public Joint-stock Company Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation (Registration No. 2209) will spin off Joint-stock Company Bank Otkritie Spetsialny, and the latter will concurrently merge with Moscow-based National Bank TRUST PJSC (Registration No. 3279).
