First voluntary appraisal of valuation centre takes place

The Bank of Russia has recognised the quality of operations of a valuation centre as satisfactory for the first time.

A valuation centre is an organisation that determines the value of financial instruments, which can be used by other market participants along with other available sources of information, ways, and methods for determining the value of financial instruments.
