Bank of Russia Bulletin released

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 62 (2302) of 8 September 2021 has been released. 

The Credit Institutions section publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:

No. OD-1868, dated 03.09.2021, on the termination of activity of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution IRS-BANK;

No. OD-1869, dated 03.09.2021, on the termination of activity of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution RFI BANK JSC;

No. OD-1874, dated 06.09.2021, on amending Appendix 1 to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1113, dated 9 June 2021;

No. OD-1875, dated 06.09.2021 on amending Appendix 1 to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1534, dated 23 July 2021.

The issue contains notices of the exclusion of JSC MCB DOM-BANK and LLC CB PREODOLENIYE from the register of banks participating in the deposit insurance system.

The issue presents consolidated data on financial market sectors and information notices.

The Official Documents section publishes Bank of Russia Regulation No. 762-P, dated 29 June 2021, ‘On Funds Transfer Rules’ (becomes effective 10 days after its official publication except for the provisions for which other effective periods are established; posted on the Bank of Russia website on 30.08.2021).
