Bank of Russia Publications are distributed free of charge according to mailing lists made in line with requests received by the External & Public Relations Department and approved by the Chairman of the Editorial Board of Bank of Russia Publications. Publications are disseminated among legislative, executive and judicial bodies, mass media, the embassies and representative offices of foreign countries, international financial organisations, research institutes, educational establishments, public institutions and libraries, including regional ones.
