New version of conditions for issue and repayment of Bank of Russia loans published

The new version of the Terms and Conditions for the Issue and Repayment of Bank of Russia Loans Backed by Securities or Credit Claims (the Terms and Conditions) will apply from 22 September 2022.

The document no longer includes the list of foreign currencies which may be used for denomination of the principal on loans included in the collateral pool to secure Bank of Russia loans. Therefore, from 22 September 2022, the information on these currencies will be published on the Bank of Russia website in the BoR Secured Loans section. The list of these foreign currencies will remain unchanged.

Also, the Terms and Conditions no longer contain provisions on proposals of maximum limits for intraday and overnight loans that can be sent by credit institutions. Besides, the formula to calculate these limits has been updated.
