The obverse:
in the center of the disc - the indication of the face value of the coin "10 РУБЛЕЙ" (10 RUBLES). Inside of the figure "0" - hidden pictures of the figure "10" and of the inscription "РУБ" (RUB) visible by turns on changing angle of vision. Along the rim - circular inscriptions, on top: "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), on bottom - the date: "2012", to the left - the stylized image of an olive branch, to the right - of the oak one.
The reverse:
in the centre of the coin disc - the image of the upper part of the Monument "Millennium of Russia" in Velikiy Novgorod, to the left and to the right of it accordingly - dates "862" and "2012", on the broad stripe formed by the rim and a concentric circle line - the inscription going from the left to the down and to the right: "1150-ЛЕТИЕ ЗАРОЖДЕНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОСТИ" (1150TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ORIGIN OF THE RUSSIAN STATEHOOD), on the upper part of the stripe - ornaments of sinuous lines.
