Education

In 2006, he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Technical Institute — Tsiolkovsky Russian State University of Aviation Technology; and in 2009 — from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Career

2000: 3rd Category Metalworker at the Production and Construction Cooperative Asfaltobeton.

2005–2008: Investment Manager and Investment Analyst at financial companies.

2009–2011: 1st Category Specialist, Leading Specialist — Expert, and then Chief Specialist — Expert at the Regional Branch of the Federal Financial Markets Service in the Central Federal District.

2011–2013: Head of Section and then Deputy Head of the Financial Market Monitoring and Analysis Division of the Federal Financial Markets Service.

2013–2014: Deputy Head of the Financial Market Monitoring and Analysis Division of the Bank of Russia’s Financial Markets Service.

2014–2017: Head of the Bank of Russia Main Division for Countering Misconduct in the Open Market.

Since 1 June 2017: Director of the Bank of Russia’s Department for Countering Misconduct.
