in the centre - the gryphon with the sword and shield (the central element of the chevron of the General Headquarters of the Internal Troops of Russia's Internal Ministry), below - a decorated garland of oak leaves, interlaced by a ribbon, on top - inscription along the rim: "200-ЛЕТИЕ ВНУТРЕННИХ ВОЙСК МВД РОССИИ" (BICENTENARY OF THE INTERNAL TROOPS OF RUSSIA'S INTERNAL MINISTRY).
